I booked this room for my slightly older parents. They were impressed. What they said: spacious room, very clean, helpful staff, any issues they had were immediately resolved, they kindly printed my parents' boarding passes. They had a few Qatar-based friends pick them up from the hotel and their friends all commented on how nice the lobby was, and that they didn't know this hotel existed (I think they felt relieved to save face!) My parents can't walk for too long, so the location was amazing for them. They could easily walk to souq waqif, they found a well-priced supermarket nearby, and said the metro station was less than 10 min walk The hotel definitely contributed to how much my parents enjoyed their stay. Thank you to all the staff

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful, we had to pay a bit extra arriving earlier than the usual booking time, but glad we were able to be accommodated to check in and out early due to our layover time.

Excellent service with friendly and professional staffs.. Thank you so much for Ms. Alika (receptionist) for her professional service. Plaza inn hotel is one of the best hotel in Qatar ,staffs are friendly, polite and very professionals. Room are clean and neat. Place is perfect. I will definitely come back and highly recommend to all friends.

I was stayed for one night. The room was clean and big also we have the city view. but the wifi is too slow and we didn’t get any amenities in the room and we don’t get slipper as well.. but first of all everything okey . Thank youuuuuuuuuu………………..

Stayed here during the World Cup, so prices were high as a result and also very busy at all times.The rooms are ok, a little tied you could say. The bed was soft, and they only give 1 pillow, but comfortable enough. Aircon worked well.The bathroom has a shower only, which wasn't great, not much pressure from the shower head.The wifi was very patchy, wouldn't connect at first and then intermittent throughout the stay.Staff at reception as well as the cafe in reception were friendly. Hotel is good location, walking distance to teh Corniche, and close to the airport, with plenty of taxis outside.

Stayed in executive suite room for around 1.5months; good view, comfortable and pleasant stay. Close to Corniche. Staff is very kind and helpful especially Mr. Mahendra, from front desk is very helpful and kind. Had some challenges in the room allotted during initial days, he tried to resolve the issues by working with hotel staff. He eventually offered another room considering unavoidable challenges. Breakfast is good, but lacks variety in case of long stays..

Enjoying my stay here. The location is awesome. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful, especially Mahendra at the front desk, who will try to help you as much as he can.Overall, it's a nice hotel, nice location, nice staff.

The location of hotel is near metro Station, and next to the city of doha, the room was neat/clean and spacious enough beyond expectations the staffs were hostel and had best hospitality. The price was affordable.

The word is EXCELLENT! Location, Staff, Cleaniness, Services and the welcome gesture. Specially the Manager "Mahendra". Mahendra was so cool and supportive in his welcoming gesture that despite of the hotel check in policy at 3:00pm he lodged me in at 10:00am; understanding that I flew from oversease and was tired. He even upgraded me to a grand suite as the standard room which I booked werent available at my arrival. So, kind and professional gesture to a traveller. I didnt feel I was away from home in a different country due to their hospitality. I would recommend Hotel Management to Award "Mahendra" for his hospitality and professional gestures towards the customers. Very nice! Will off-course book the hotel again for their 5 Star services. Thanks Mahendra and all the other staff. Cheers!! See you again soon!

Excellent customer service!!! Room is very spacious. Bed and pillow are perfectly soft and comfortable. AC works well. If I had to say one thing about it, the wifi was pretty unstable and if your work depends on it it’s kind of challenging. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.Shout out to Mahendra, Yadi, Dipak, and all the security staff that always greet me with a smile and were very helpful.

Very good experience. The service was exceptional! Gym was big for an hotel. I came one day later than expected and since I got the night already paid they upgrade my room to a suite when it was my fault to be late. I will come back again for sure.

I loved everything about this hotel from the staff's kindness welcoming me to the peaceful and amazing view on the pool the room was very clean and so was everything from the lobby to the roof top the service was amazingly fast regardless the they were very busy.To be honest this is the best hotel that i visited from the first I came to qatar

This hotel is located in a very central area close to downtown. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and the staff is fabulous including Mahindra, Krashina and Yasir. Will stay again. Highly recommend

Mahendra is just amazing, anything that you want he is there. Smooth process, clean and neat and of course Mahindra at the front desk. Place you can consider as a home. As it in the heart of the city becomes easy to roam and to eat. I would recommend

Good location, affordable rates, good staff, especially Mahendra who was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. I ended up staying for 2 weeks. MIA park and Qatar Museum are a stone throw from the hotel.

Im advising any visitors to Qatar to book directly in to Plaza Inn hotel , I stayed for 10 nights, 21st Sep to 1 Oct , I had been welcomed from every one ,, all are happy to help and support specially Mr. Gomar and Mr. Jerick , they are helpful and do their best to make my stays amazing ,, thanks to you all guys . Very nice place to stay with family and friends all the hotel member from reception to housekeeping they are awesome location was perfect 10 minutes walking distance from hotel to souq waqif mia park I recommend my family and friend to visit this property for sure.
