I had a wonderful time during my stay. Since the beginning of my stay the gentleman named Dan is very accommodating and approachable. I'm so thankful that I got a Nice view room that help my quarantine not boring. I enjoyed the food. Definitely I do recommend plaza Inn and I will be back, hopefully for staycation not quarantine.

This hotel claims to be four stars, but my experience has been rather negative. The room I got was small, with a small window opening to a wall opposite, with no daylight even in daytime hours. It was equipped with airconditioner, kettle, tea and coffee, refrigerator and toiletries. There was an intermittent rattling noise from an airconditioner or refrigerator nearby that made sleeping difficult. The lobby was divided in half in an awkward fashion as part of the hotel served as a quarantine accommodation. The swimming pool was inoperative. The worst part was the surroundings. There were no footpaths or walkways, all roads were dug up, the entire city was like one giant building site, cars and trucks all over the place, and no pedestrian space anywhere. We were allowed a late checkout til 14.00 which was generous. On the other hand, the concierge did not have city maps, and had no knowledge of city buses or timetables which was strange. Doha is a weird place, almost everyone is a paid foreign worker, locals live like kings and queens. The city sports some of the most arrogant and awful modern architecture anywhere amidst otherwise neglected and backward urban landscapes. If you want to see skyscrapers looking like cucumbers, or twisted toilet brushes, this is the place for you… Seriously, an oil-rich nation, run by an autocrat who wants to show off his nouveau-rich acquisitions…

I really wanted to write this review because of some good staffs .I really would like to thank from bottom of my heart to Mr Krishna and Mr Min who were extraordinarily helpful and amazing . They were very empathetic and polite .I was totally pleased with their hospitality .I also would like to thank Iqbal who always used to deliver HK items with a smile and pleasant attitude .Mr Purna,Mr Lal Manhar ,Mr Ram and Mr Suman was also very helpful. I think almost everything was good except some glitches .Since all the hotels falls under client centric business we all need to understand one thing that is we all should be polite while talking to the guest whether it’s bad or good(I am writing about this so that they can rectify this and train their staff in this-one bad experience that I had when I called HK desk) .So hope this will be taken care .Thank you Plaza Inn

This hotel located near Doha Hamad Airport, so if you have a long connecting flight, it's a nice place to rest. The staffs are friendly and helpfull. The meal is delicious. But too bad the hot water in bathroom is not working at the time of my stay. There is a airport transfer from/to hotel.Overall...it is recommended and worthy hotel.Thanks tripadvisor

Room-Great, Amenities-Great, Location-Perfect-just a 5 minute walk to the souk area. Reception and mezzanine restaurant staff were great and very helpful. Housekeeping staff were good and easy to approach if you might need things like room amenities.

We stayed for 12 nights in a standard room. It was clean, spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. Staff at the breakfast room was very friendly and courteous. I am so thankful to Ms. Tin and Ms. Nur from Coffeeshop who served me breakfast every morning with a smile.

We stayed 1 night in Family suite. It's like 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious.The staff is very friendly. The extented out check out til 3 p.m. what very very good for us as we have 2 years old kid who needed day sleep.We are coming back to Doha in 1 month and definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly personnel, room is neat and clean.It has a nice rooftop swimming pool, even now it's winter 28 degrees Celsius is still a very nice temperature for someone from the Netherlands.Has a nice buffet restaurant, Indian oriented, good food for a nice price.

I have stayed with My wife and my daughter on the first of October and on the first of November for a couple of nights while in transit to Morocco, The first visit was shocking as the reception/lobby smelled Smoky the RO was average and thats when my wife and I started to wonder whether we should change accommodation on the way back from our travels. We have expressed oir concern about the smoking policy in the hotel and that it was such a shame a nice hotel like that would still allow smoking inside HOWEVER! the receptionist Mr Abdelkadir was a wonderful, professional with a professional calm attitude and took our observation on board he made us feel great about the level of service. Little did we know when we returned in November the hotel WAS SMOKE FREE in the lobby AMD the room was much better, clean cheerful and wonderful with good views of the city and once again Abdelkadir delivered! He remembered us and warmly greater us with our names the whole place felt incredible with fantastic service reasonable prices and overall NOW more family friendly. Well done Plaza in on your staff level of service and willingness to adapt and ACTUALLY implement policy following hotel guests suggestions. YES, we will stay again there next year for all tye above reasons but also because of the exceptional service Abdelkadir gave us. Thank you,Adil Anita and Masina Drissi

I visited this hotel in august 2018 and also frequently visit this hotel , it is located in the centre place with walking distance to souq waqif , irani souq, al fardaan, and bank street which are good places of heritage and shopping although the food is good but rooms are not spacious and very small,there stsndard rooms are very small compared to hotels nearby.

I would like to recommend this hotel as aside from being clean and affordable for a long business trip, there is a staff that really caught my attention. This Filipina lady, everytime im checking in to this hotel, i noticed her walking and checking around during the day and most of all she is always asking if all is okay in our room and if we need something. So if you are going to check in to this Hotel, you should look this lady name Nora and you will be happy and satisfied.

Hotel not so expensive with a international self-service and a valid choice for the breackfast. Good wi-fi both in the room and in the restaurant area. Good gym with what you need to train. Poor finishes in the rooms such as closets and shower cabinets. Good air conditioning and cleaning of the rooms.

This was a fantastic hotel has bell boys at the door. Pool on the roof and a good sized gym. The food is excellent this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The reception will arrange a taxi if you want a tour its about 3 hours long and they take you all over well worth taking this up. costs about £20 - £30. The hotel is very clean lots of rich people , sheaks and familys.very nice staff would recomend this to anyone .

I staid in the hotel for a month with breakfast included. I had to change room once as my first room was located next to the service lift and every time it was in use, I heard a strange noise. However the staff was nice and relocated me to a different room, which was smaller but better location and more modern. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The place felt safe as there were always by the front door to assist me. I loved the location, it is a little far out from the city center however it is close to the airport and about 10 minutes walk from the Museum of Art, the Corniche, the Souk and some nice local restaurants. There are always taxi circling by so whenever you fancy a ride just wait by the main entrance and a taxi will pick you up within minutes, no need to order. The breakfast was ok, had lots of choices. Not many healthy options but perhaps it was a local tradition. The hotel also offered different services, which I haven't used so unsure of the quality but some of them were laundry service, money exchange, wake up call and room service.

This is a brand new hotel and is absolutely gorgeous. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Lovely buffet breakfast, spacious modern room, comfy bed, warm pool, well equipped gym, friendly sports bar with yummy burgers. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is roughly 15 minutes' walk from the Islamic Arts Museum; good walking distance to the waterfront. The hotel was quite inexpensive, which was nice. However, it was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. I had an early flight in the morning, so was provided a take-away continental breakfast for the morning. Excellent hotel.
